TeamBuilder - DreamBuilder

A revenue-share opportunity exclusive to Prudential Georgia Realty, the TeamBuilder program gives our real estate professionals a revenue sharing incentive to help build and develop the company. Through this program, the sponsoring agent receives a percentage of the gross commissions earned by the agents they helped bring into the program. This income is paid by the company, not the sponsored agent. Also, because we believe our associates are in the people business of real estate, the sponsoring agent is not required to recruit, train, motivate, or follow-up on the sponsored agent.
That is my responsibility.

To help clarify the TeamBuilder program,... this is NOT a complicated, multilevel, trickle down, profit share program. The TeamBuilder program is not dependent on office profit. Consider the fact that anyone dependent on profit share income in today's real estate market would be "spitting into the wind."

And what's even more impressive about the TeamBuilder program... unlike those multilevel, triangle-shaped, profit share programs, you do NOT have to be one of the first in the program to receive huge revenue returns.

The average passive income generated with this program is $5,271 annually, per sponsoring agent. Here in the Gainesville office, we had two agents passively earn in excess of $25,000 in TeamBuilder money just in 2006, with several more earning between $8,000 to $10,000.

Another opportunity exclusive to Prudential Georgia Realty is DreamBuilder. This is an individualized 401(k) program with several investment choices. The program was set up for real estate professionals to allow, by law, a greater contribution of their net annual profits than many other 401(k) programs allow. Prudential Georgia Realty covers all administrative costs for the DreamBuilder program. Each agent can set up the account to match their individual needs and make changes in the contribution amount. This allows the agents to defer taxes on commissions earned, and provides a "nest egg" for retirement. The account is totally mobile, and without penalty, if the individual decides to leave the company.

Our TeamBuilder program is out performing every other "profit share" program east of the Mississippi, and the DreamBuilder 401(k) program is the only one of it's kind that we know of in Georgia.

Having been a successful real estate agent with a 100% commission company for over seven years, I know the difference between "guiding support" and "lack thereof."
